Home Services by Wendi's Home Away Services
Home Services
Whether you are out of town, have a second home, go on vacation, or have a vacant home, we will check all utilities, condition and security of your home. We will arrange and meet vendors for repairs when necessary.
Also:
- Minor Cleaning
- Grocery pick-up/delivery
- Pet visits and walking
Additional Services
In the event of an emergency such as an unexpected hospitalization or having to leave town. We offer home checks, animal care and welfare.
We would be first on site to assess the need.
-Arrange and supervise needed vendors.
-Arrange animal care with family, provider or do emergency check, feeding and walking.
Companion Visits
We care about you and your family. We will spend time being a companion and doing welfare checks for elderly who live alone and/or who's family is out-of-town.

Hi, I am Wendi the owner. I currently live within a 55+ community. While living here I realized my services are essential in such communities. Unfortunately, my lovely neighbor, who lived alone, had passed away and I sadly discovered her the day after. My friend was hospitalized and needed animal services. Another friend simply went out of town and a hose burst and flooded their home.
I owned a real estate appraisal company for 11 years along with selling real estate. Spent numerous years in customer service management near Sun City and was an assistant manager for a non-profit for the elderly and disabled. My goal is to provide support to the people in our communities, neighborhoods and their families when they cannot be there. - or are away
